It's good Weiyun enjoyed her birthday hahah. Smart asses like us (SiJia, ChristineSeow & I) even waited outside Weiyun's house for her, in hope of giving her a pleasant surprise. Surprise, indeed! She left her [granparents'] house while we were still sitting outside the wrong unit HAHA and we got off the bus and jumped out right in front of her. Was quite funny and embarrassing, but then again nothing could've been more embarrassing than Thai Express. The "pangseh-ers" (they supposedly pangseh-ed Weiyun the night before and early in the morning respectively), Belle and Rachel, were waiting at Thai Express while we walked a blindfolded Weiyun in. Hah, she (okay we tried comforting ourselves) was speechless heh.
Even though the rain was a total spoiler we already travelled half of Singapore, so would've been quite a waste to not go Sentosa. And it sucked being in shelters and umbrellas everywhere we went, so we gave up halfway and went in the rain anyway (we were all expecting to get terribly sick and whatnot okay, but we still stayed well and healthy enough to survive today's Band, aw). Onto the sand! :D Under a wooden umbrella HAHA, we laid out a picnic mat (Singaporeans should always be
kiasu for a purpose).
Built sandcastles (I was bored okay! Was a casual suggestion anyway :D) using our Ben&Jerry's cups (not a very wise action to eat icecream when we were already freezing) and probably because the sand was already damp, we managed to contain the water in our mote(?) for quite a while before Rachel/SiJia/Christine came back with more water. And had many cheap thrill 'dunks' at VivoCity's ankle and knee lenth pool hahaha. Too bad I cant show you yeah, I lost my camera ): Quotes Weiyun, "Baboons stay as baboons", I took it out in the Taxi and realised two hours after that I didnt have any recollection of putting it back into my bag.. Anyway I lodged a report already. Dont remember ever being so panicky and shocked and I-am-so-dead
